(prensa.com) Panamanian singer Rubén Blades will get behind the cameras again in Safe House, an action thriller in which he will share the spotlight with Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds.
The film will be directed by Carlos Espinosa.
Blades has also completed his role in Cristiada, a film about the Mexican Revolution in which he plays President Plutarco Elías Calles.
The artist is also immersed in the recording of two new albums, as revealed to the public gathered at the Adolfo Mejía theater in Cartagena. One of the albums will feature tangos with Argentine composer and arranger Carlos Franzetti; and the other, Spanish boleros with Paco de Lucia and flamenco.
