(Panama America) On Monday 26 March, Panama’s Seafood Market (Mercado de Mariscos) will be closed from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm for cleanup day in the 160 stalls on the premises, said the Municipality of Panama.
The cleanup day is to wash, sweep floors, walls, tubs, waste shipments, internal and external drainage, garbage collection and fumigation of green areas that make up the center of sale of seafood.
The Seafood Market has over 20 thousand users, and the city of Panama, through the Management Services, must comply with health standards required by health authorities.
