Costa Rica, with the slogan “No artificial ingredients,” placed first in Latin America and number 27 in the overall rankings. Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States ranked first, second, third and fourth, overall and respectively. Pakistan, Iran and Zimbabwe rounded out the rankings.
