According to the list published yesterday by FIFA, Panama is now ranked 59 in the World Cup classification.
Panama was seated in its best position in this classification back in February 2009, when it was ranked 50.
In the list released in August, Panama was ranked 70.
The world ranking is led by Spain, which won this year’s World Cup held in South Africa.
The Netherlands ranks second and, in third place, is Brazil.
