This project is part of an ambitious Social Action Plan promoted by the Urban Renewal Project Curundú under the name of Peaceful Coexistence, Odebrecht program being conducted in conjunction with the University of Panama, trying to rescue children and young talent in the neighborhood who aspire to be future stars of football.
Instructors, coincidentally, members of the National Police have teamed up to train these guys in the art of moving the ball, with the full support of the Panamanian Institute of Sports (Panamanian Sports).
The project will initially start with 200 children and young people selected for which no uniform will be provided immediately. They must earn it by demonstrating discipline, respect and commitment, even monitor the academic performance of each member of the academy.
