(PanamaDigest) Costa Rican police discovered 147 kilos of cocaine hidden in frozen fish cargo truck traveling from Panama to Mexico.
The truck, which was attempting to cross into Nicaragua from Costa Rica, had Salvadoran plates and a refrigerated wagon with Guatemalan plates.
It was carrying 867 sacks of fish in addition to the two metal containers of cocaine.
The Salvadoran driver was arrested and will face international drug trafficking charges which could mean up to 20 years in prison.
