Ayurveda Panama is the traditional medicine of India. Ayurveda means in Sanscrit “knowledge or wisdom of life.” The Escuela de Ayurveda de California is now offering Ayurveda training in Spanish via the Distance Learning program in Panama and throughout the world. Programs include Ayurvedic Body Therapies (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Svedanai), Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist.
The AHE program (Level I) is designed for the student wishing to integrate their training in Ayurveda with an existing health care degree, massage or Yoga therapy certification, or to receive the knowledge for personal growth and/or self-healing. Graduates with no previous training may conduct community Ayurvedic educational workshops and seminars. This training can be combined with our Ayurvedic Massage and Body Therapy certification, allowing level-one graduates to become licensed Massage Therapists in the state of California.
Established in 1995, the Ayurvedic school is the longest running college offering professional training programs for the study of Ayurvedic Medicine in the West (cuso ayurveda). The school offers a variety of shorter length workshops and seminars, and trains students to become Ayurvedic practitioners. The school also offers in Ciudad de Panama and throughout Panama de “Fundamentos de Ayurveda” program, a month-long training program.
